focused on building a strategic, quality practice.

Key9Discoveries (K9D) has been established with an aim to provide service to multi client industries and verticals. The services spectrum of K9D focuses on litigation support, primarily invalidity studies and document review services.

  • Bhavya has worked with several fortune 100 companies, mid size companies and inventors in both, mentored them through complete  life cycle of IP generation to IP protection to IP commercialization.

  • Headed international IP filing practice since 2009. Have an experience of working  with  International Law firms  in 100+ countries for IP related matters.

  • Managed a team of experts in executing eDiscovery document review projects.

  • Co-Chair of a global consortium of IP litigation attorneys from Europe and North America.

  • Masters in Software Systems (M.S.S) from Jamia Millia Islamia University, Delhi in 1997

  • LLB from CCS University,  in  2014.

  • Passed (All India Bar Examination) AIBE in 2017

  • Member of Delhi Bar Council since 2015.

Parithosh K. Tungaturthi

Litigation Attorney

  • Parithosh has served as a part of team in many litigation proceedings, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and computer related technology areas.
